Påfyllning i lagren

Nu har vi fyllt upp lagren i butiken med både detaljstyckat kött av hjort, vildsvin och älg efter en lyckad vinterjakt.
Från rökeriet har vi också fått in vår Hjortkorv med Bourgognevin och den efterlängtade Hjortsalamin med enbär.

Besök oss redan nu i helgen! Naturligtvis har vi också vår nya Koberg Bräck, bara att steka upp i pannan och servera med ett gott potatismos. Eller varför inte laga Marias ugnsstekta Bräck, se recept på vår hemsida på Facebook.
